1.材料准备好

2.低筋面粉和可可粉混合过筛

4.将黄油切丁,和面粉混合

5.然后用手用力的搓、抓,让黄油和面粉充分混合

6.混合好的样子,粗砂状态

7.倒入水

8.揉成面团,然后用保鲜膜包好,静置1小时(天气热要放入冰箱冷藏)

9.之后擀成面皮

10.放入磨具中,擀去多余的面皮,放入烤箱180度,烤15分钟后拿出待用

11.核桃仁铺在烤盘里,烤箱预热180℃,烤8分钟,拿出放凉备用

12.红糖、细砂糖、水、黄油一起放入锅里,小火加热至糖全部溶解,然后倒入碗中放凉待用

13.鸡蛋打成蛋液,倒入红糖液中混合

14.放入烤过的核桃,拌匀

15.随后倒入派皮中,烤箱预热170度,烤35分钟即可
